In-house marketing design and brand lead, providing creative and marketing support for website, social, global events and marketing efforts. Worked directly with CMO, VP Marketing, VP Marketing Ops and founders on key initiatives. Relaunched the Transmit Security website with web development team in Tel Aviv. Created branded asset templates for content and social teams to speed up content production. Designed booth experiences for Gartner IAM, RSA Conference, Identiverse and various events in APJ, EMEA and LATAM.

Worked closely with CMO and senior marketing leaders to spearhead brand initiatives to creatively elevate ArangoDB’s brand awareness, which helped to drive demand generation and pipeline efforts. Iterated and fine tuned logo with various color explorations with CEO & CMO within a week. Created brand guidelines with expanded color palette to boost corporate profile and reinvigorate the brand internally and externally. Within first 30 days, set up new design templates for demand generation and social media campaigns while optimizing user experience on website. Look & feel and updated brand messaging was also extended into event designs.

Sr Director of Creative Services

Led in-house design, brand, creative services team and assumed responsibility for the corporate website UI/UX + lead gen campaigns. Worked directly with CMO and other C-suite execs on creative and brand initiatives. Launched the rebranding effort starting late 2016-mid 2017, and continually iterated website updates with new branding & user experience, guided web dev effort to clean up the admin console and markdown CMS. Redesigned collaterals, marketing materials and updated event experiences to complement the new look & feel. In 2018, launched a new category defining product, reinvigorated the company’s mission, vision and values, as well as ran a branding campaign to boost brand awareness, drive increased site traffic, and ultimately, generate more and better qualified leads. This included the launch of new Pricing model, Value-Based Messaging and Trusted Experience Platform. Continually build up martech stack on website throughout 2019-2020 in close collaboration with Demand/Growth team. Led a team of six (2 designers, 3 developers) including myself as “player-coach”, plus managed video production partners and external creative agency teams. [OneLogin was acquired by Quest/One Identity at the end of 2021)

As a senior creative leader, my team and I pitched, won, and launched a multi-phase Foster Farm’s  75th Anniversary digital and social campaign in 7 weeks. Led the creative and user experience development of a responsive web and mobile web shopping experience for Toyota, and overhauling the entire CMS tool experience that managed the back end for all Toyota Dealer Associations in the US. Led creative teams (designers, art directors, copywriters and UX designers) on globally distributed, responsive-designed digital modules and Enthusiast campaigns for Intel. Led over 30-person creative teams to launch award-winning, multi-channel, cross-agency Student Banking campaign and Bank of America Home Loans rebrand, Home Loan Assistance site, plus digital ad campaigns for Consumer Banking, Credit Cards, Strategic Business Alliance.

Managed cross office creative teams in SF, Detroit & NYC for Kimberly Clark brands (Pull-Ups & GoodNites). Additionally, provided creative vision and leadership for Organic’s pro bono site redesign proposal for Museum of African Diaspora. Senior creative lead for brands like Wells Fargo, Toyota, Foster Farms, Quaker, Nike, Bank of America and Kimberly Clark, and co-creative lead for Intel.
