TRANSMIT SECURITY | SKO EXPERIENCE

Level Up > 2023

The Transmit Security Sales Kickoff was held in Orlando. Team members from all corners of the globe, from Boston to Tel Aviv to Sydney to descended on the JW Marriott to gain knowledge, share success stories, network and build camaraderie. Being remote, I was excited to be meeting and joining the super fun and talented events team for a jam-packed 2 days. This was a rare opportunity to share the brand experience with in-person attendees through the branded decor, motion graphics and presentation designs.

forward momentum

The initial concept for the kick off was "Level Up" so I whipped up some logo options to share with the team and sales leadership. Due to a tight deadline to deliver production artwork, we took a more streamlined approach to focus on the session content and presentations. Rather than lose the idea of leveling up entirely, I wove it into animations and graphic design elements through the use of the angled Transmit T-flag.

caffeinated & energized

With an early morning start to the schedule, I prepared this intro video for a jolt of energy to kick things off. With virtually no time or budget to engage a video team to produce something fancy, I worked with the Senior Director of Events to put this welcome splash video together. And we repurposed the animation throughout the event as a visual intermission between sessions and breaks.

it's go time

Aside from making sure that all the slide presentations were polished and  consistent with the brand look and feel, I worked with the product and R&D team on finessing and their presentation design to convey their key points in a more visually engaging way. For efficiency, most presenters started their slides from the self-service template I provided, which is a huge time-saver.

As I only had photos to reference how things could look in that space, I was very pleased with how the graphics and presentations turned out on-site. While the artwork I delivered were all made to spec and adjusted based on my experience, having designed a number of these remotely, I do prefer having prior site visits to explore possibilities for more activation ideas. The Transmit brand colors and visual elements worked well together to provide a cohesive, no-nonsense, mission-focused look to get everyone ready to sell in 2023.
